• RESERVATIONS INFORMATION: Call us to verify availability and to make your reservations. Fifty percent deposit must be received by KVRE within seven days of your telephone reservation. You may use Visa or Mastercard. This deposit may be made by personal check provided the reservation is made more than 30 days prior to your arrival.
• FULL PAYMENT: FULL PAYMENT FOR THE RESERVATION, INCLUDING TAX, MUST BE RECEIVED 21 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE.
• DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $500 to $1000 by MASTERCARD or VISA. After inspection of your rental home and within 15 days of your departure, provided there is no damage, your security deposit will be returned.
• BED AND BATH LINENS: Sheets & towels are not included as part of our rental rates. However, rental linens are available with prior notification.
• CANCELLATION: Written notice of cancellation must be received 30 days before the scheduled arrival date and your deposit, less 10% or $50, whichever is less, will be promptly refunded.
• CHECK IN/OUT: Check in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 10:30 am. Arrivals after 5:00 pm must make special advance arrangements. Although check in time is 4:00 pm, we guarantee check in by 6:00 pm.
• PETS: SORRY, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
